I admit it…I took last week off. Can you blame me though…the beach was calling me! But I’m back and I want to share with you one of my current favorites!
I’ve made this for Derek and I a couple of times and we both love it.
It’s super easy AND delicious!
Remember if you have a recipe you’d like to share just email it to Monique@moniquealvarezenterprises.com I’ll be featuring one savory recipe on Fridays and one dessert recipe on Saturdays.

Hungry for More, Monique Alvarez p.s. If there are typos, spelling or grammar mistakes in this post don’t worry about. Those are the kinds of things I’ve worried about for FAR too long. It’s time to just get it out and who cares if it’s not perfect, it’s from the heart!
