First off, I want to share the emotional scale that I’ll be referring to every week. I like to look at this list from time to time, especially when I’m lower on the vibrational scale because I remind myself, I just have to reach for one emotion higher. In terms of the exercises I share, I’ll let you know where you want to be on the scale for it to be the most effective.
4. Positive Expectation/Belief
So today we’ll be looking at The Magical Creation Box. You’ll want to do this when you’re somewhere between 1 and 5 on the emotional scale. Find a box and write on the lid, whatever is contained in this box…IS. Find pictures that represent the things and experiences you want in your life and put them in your box.
Doing this on a regular basis will help you visualize the things you want to attract in your life.
The more you put in the box, the more that will be delivered to you. Have fun and make it an ongoing exercise. Remember to look through the items in your box from time to time and expect to see them becoming your experiences. Notice where you have more or less resistance and keep in mind, we live in an abundant Universe.
