This article once again challenges me to take full responsibility for my own life. It seems that recently I have been lead over and over again to the following questions:
- How much can we blame upbringing, partners, children etc. for how our lives are today?
- Is constant complaining consuming more energy than positive action?
- Does taking hold of our dreams mean letting go of all our excuses?
No doubt, living the life we love means releasing everything that holds us back.
Admitting that the main thing that holds us back is ourselves… now that’s empowering!
